Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost Most items ship free within the US. If an item carries a shipping charge or offers expedited delivery, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods processing can take up to 5 business days.

Delivery time Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location and carrier.

Tracking When your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple items Our products ship from different suppliers, so items ordered together may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or damaged packages If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at oseig4778@gmail.com with your order number (and photos for damage) and we'll make it right.
